We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust with my own property. We are family-run, so if something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we handle it the same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we mean. If anything changes, I call you before you need to call us.
